About BSPL Stainless Steel 304H Plate
Bhavya Stainless Pvt. Ltd. is a well-known Stainless Steel 304H plate manufacturer, supplier, and stockiest. The most extensively used "18-8" chromium-nickel austenitic stainless steel, Grade 304H Plate, is a variation of it. For improved strength at temperatures above 800°F (427°C), the carbon content of these Plates is regulated in the region of 0.04-0.10 percent. It is a corrosion-resistant alloy that is both affordable and adaptable, making it suited for a wide range of general-purpose applications. 304H is high-temperature steel that can withstand temperatures of up to 1500°F. The corrosion resistance of alloy 304H is equivalent to that of 304/304L. It can withstand moderately oxidizing and reducing conditions, as well as air corrosion. Alloy 304H plate, on the other hand, is prone to carbide precipitation in the heat-affected zone of welds due to its high carbon concentration.
In mildly oxidizing to moderately reducing settings, Grade 304H plates have good resistance to air corrosion, meals, and beverages, as well as numerous organic and inorganic substances. The alloy's high chromium concentration makes it resistant to oxidizing solutions like nitric acid up to 55 percent weight and temperatures of 176°F (80°C). These plates are also resistant to organic acids that are somewhat aggressive, such as acetic acid. The nickel in the alloy gives resistance to moderately reducing solutions such as pure phosphoric acid in cold solutions, regardless of concentration, and up to 10% diluted in hot solutions. At moderate temperatures, the alloy can also be used in caustic solutions that are free of chlorides and fluorides. Chemical and petrochemical processing, pressure vessels, tanks, heat exchangers, piping systems, flanges, fittings, valves, pumps, and petroleum refining are just some of the applications for our Stainless Steel 304H plates.
